Is shipping free in Europe?

Yes, shipping in Europe is covered in the price of the piece you ordered (except furniture).

We currently ship only to the following countries:

When purchasing furniture, delivery is always arranged individually and is not included in the purchase price.

Can I order TIKTIK pieces from outside of Europe?

How do I hang the rugs on the wall?

A wall hanger is available free of charge, but it’s not included by default.

If you’d like to hang the rug and want us to provide the hanger, please fill out the form that appears during the ordering process. In this case, the hanger will be attached to the rug.

Please note that once the hanger is installed, the rug is no longer suitable for use as a floor rug — unless the hanger is removed manually, which you may do at home but we do not recommend it.

I need a rug in a special color / size, can you make it?

We’re happy to work together with you and the artist to create your bespoke color combination!

We can bring to life many designs, but please keep in mind that some details in an illustration require a minimum rug size to be accurately represented with yarn.

We work with color charts from multiple yarn brands but the available color range is still limited. Feel free to reach out—we’re happy to explore what we can create together!

How to clean TIKTIK rugs and furniture?

Our rugs are made from 100% natural wool, crafted to last for generations with the right care.

• Vacuum regularly using low suction and no rotating brush to prevent fiber damage.

• For a deep clean, we recommend professional wool rug cleaning services.

• Avoid all detergents that may harm wool or cotton fibers.

• Never use products that contain solvents or chemicals that degrade latex or natural rubber, as these can damage the rug’s structure.

Treat your rug gently, and it will age beautifully. If in doubt, always choose the most delicate and natural cleaning method available.

Crafted from 100% natural wool, this handmade rug may shed early on—a sign of its authentic quality. Regular vacuuming will reduce loose fibers and keep it looking its best for a long time.

The same care applies to our wool-covered furniture, bags, and other textile pieces.

We finish the wood parts of our furniture with pure natural oils. To keep it beautiful and protected, simply re-oil—preferably once a year—using 100% natural furniture oil.

Garment Care Instructions:

• Do not machine wash.

• We recommend professional dry cleaning to preserve the fabric and shape.

• Alternatively, hand wash gently in cold water using a mild detergent specifically formulated for delicate fabrics. Avoid wringing or twisting.

• Always air dry flat, away from direct sunlight or heat sources.

Refund and Dispute Policy

Customer satisfaction is our priority. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, please review the following guidelines:

Refunds:

• Refund requests must be submitted within 14 days of receiving the product.

• Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging.

• Custom or made-to-order products may not be eligible for a refund unless defective.

• Shipping costs are generally non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Returns:

• We recommend using a tracked shipping method to ensure safe delivery.

Disputes:
